best of bally resort 2012 collection times three

images courtesy of http://www.style.com/ and bally

As the new designers at Bally and this being their first
resort collection Graeme Filder and Michael Herz
continue to demonstrate a language of design that is
consistent and well suited to the house of Bally.
Considering their previous collections focused on the
accessory and leathergoods - this collection however
focuses on using leather in the ready to wear, here we
see lovely juxtapositions of leather, suedes and cotton.
The geometric prints take the house into new territory
with their luminous colours.

best of bally fall 2011 collection times three

images courtesy of http://www.style.com/ and http://www.gorunway.com/
Graeme and Michael's first fall collection for bally focuses
on the house's key pieces; the shoe and the bag, the
clothes simply become an accessory to those pieces- a
philosophy I already follow in my own wardrobe. This
concept is well executed as the first thing the eye is drawn
to is the boots which are dramatised by the black long legs
and voluminous coats. I look forward to how the duo
progress and evolve at Bally.

best of bally pre-fall 2011 collection times three

Graeme Fidler and Michael Herz's debut pre-fall
collection for the bally, upon their exit from aquascutum
they have brought to bally new idea's and intentions, and
much research amongst the bally archives. They have
come in with a design sensibility that is all about the
shoes and the bag that make the outfit and it is infact
the clothes that become the accessory to those pieces.
A concept have always adhered to when it comes to
my shoes, finally someone is on my page! On that note I
do love the accessories in this collection (being the
coats for those who didn't catch on)
