I sense a little bit of vintage 60's glamour from Miuccia,
perhaps inspired by the movies or celebrities the collection
brings back polka dots, luminous florals, two-toned trenches
and here it comes studded leather jackets! Only Miuccia can
pull these pieces off with her hold on the fashion masses she
can single handily seduce, capture and transport women to
another  era, she is undoubtedly more powerful than we will
ever know.

I adore these hats from Prada's fall 2011 collection
they explore so many ideas by using this sort of
swimming cap aesthetic, it plays on innocence
yet strength by using different materials such as
python, fur and leather. A beautiful accessory
to team with an eccentric collection.

Prada's fall collection seemed quite overwhelming with
such an array of materials and ideas, it was a world of
python, fur, plastic and well what I liked the most checks.
The elements in this collection I most enjoyed was the
1920's inspired flapper pieces where we saw exaggerated
checks, pleats and collars with contrasting belts.

Prada's colourful boot for fall 2011 is a clever illusion.
It illudes to the idea that it is a shoe perhaps with
a sock layered beneath, when infact it is a single piece
contrasted in colours and materials. The heel is quite
interesting in shape as well with a sweeping curve on
the inside.
